Welcome to the Family

This is what I know about him so far...
  • He works with Lucas.
  • He drives a truck.
  • Has brown hair.
  • Wears a wedding ring.
  • Helps take care of his two kids, Lilly and Jackson.
  • He was sick this last weekend and did not make the trip to Twin Falls with us.
  • He was sick because he drank too much beer (7 to be exact). He didn't throw up though.
  • His name is Pete and...
      • He is Eliza's husband who lives with us.Yep, she has an imaginary husband and kids. Why have a plain old imaginary friend when you can create a whole family.
Aside from Eliza having a husband and two kids living with us now, this is what else we have been up to lately:
First day of her second year in Preschool

Soccer with her buddy Luciya. Eliza prefers to run. She told us she is afraid to kick the ball in front of other people.

This little guy loves to sit and read books!

Playing in the oven. Guess which classic children's story this reminds me of?

Waiting for the garbage man with Hadley and Blake.

I told you he likes to sit and read! Anderson grabbed a book and kicked back with his buddy Henry.

Wasn't such a good idea now.

Celebrating birthdays and big moves. Don't forget cars and race tracks.

Love, love, love the pure look of squealing delight on her face.

Learning the move for "touchdown!"

"New" bed for Eliza and new clothes-Thank you Grandma Pam!

Climbing onto things so he can climb even higher

Corn maze with Grandma Pam

I think she was just really excited... or she sat on the stem

Riding bull on the front of the tractor wagon, wearing classic Carhartt overalls.
The wind whipping through his hair.
Bath time with the Elephants!

Tightrope walking with the Circus stars

Front row seats with Hadley and Blake

Barber to Boise 10K run! While some of us are still not walking on our own (ahem, Anderson), there are a few of us who are trying so very hard to run:)
